- What is a Template?
A template is an upgrade of graphic design and layout for the shopping cart. These are pre-made web designs that provide a convenient starting point to change the look of your site. Templates include shopping cart template files, the Photoshop file used in the design and installation manuals. Templates are easy to install and customize to fit your business.
Templates do not modify the core shopping cart functionality. It will not modify the cart's products, settings, payment/shipping modules . Installing a template should only change the shopping cart's look and layout.
Templates do not run on their own. You need to have a running shopping cart prior to installing the template.

- Do you offer support for your templates?
We, at AlgoZone, stand behind the quality of the products and services that we offer. If you should ever need assistance with your order, we offer free support to resolve any problems related to the template. We also provide tips/suggestions on modifiying/customizing the templates on a limited basis.
Algozone support is recognized as one of the industries best, as seen in different support forums. We try our best to respond back to our customer within 24 hours of any request.
Free product support is valid for 30 days after purchase.
Please note that free support is only available to unmodified templates. Free support no longer applies when the template has already been customized by the customer.

- How easy is it to install your eCommerce templates?
We make the process of template installation as seamless as possible. Depending on ecommerce application you use, installation can be extremely easy or just easy.
You just need to copy files that we provide in the archive (from template_source) directory to your shopping cart main directory and enable the template in the admin.
No database needs to be changed and your products and other database information will not be affected. There are no changes required for the code. Once files are copied the template is ready to be used.
You can use FTP program to copy file to your server.

- What if I have customized shopping cart. Will your template work?
It might work, but we can not guarantee that.
In order not to confirm that, you need to check with your developer. If you are developer yourself, it should be easy for you to integrate the template with your customized application.
You can also contact our sales team to get an estimate for template integration with your custom cart application.

- How do I get your template/store/component after purchase?
Once your order is approved, you will get email with the link to download the template. You can click on this download link or you can login to order history to track your order status and download the products there. We allow you to download the product(s) you purchased 3 times and is valid for 30 days. Please make sure that you download it within the 30 day period.

- Can I modify graphics in your template?
You can certainly do that, but you have to know how to use graphical editor and preserve the size of the images.

- How do I put my logo in the template?
We provide Photoshop file with the logo image that we use for that template. You can edit this file or you can replace logo "gif" file with your own logo file.

- Do you provide Photoshop files with eCommerce templates?
Original Photoshop (PSD) files are provided with any eCommerce template we offer on our site. Photoshop source files consist of all layers and slices that designers use to develop template. You can use Photoshop source files to customize headers, place your logos or any other modification to the graphics.

- Does your eCommerce templates support other than English language?
Yes
This is mostly depends on the shopping cart application you use. If your ecommerce application support particular language, our template will work with that as well.
Our templates come with one additional language file that contains template specific translations. You will need to copy this file to your specific language location and translate. There are usually about 10 words that needs to be translated.

- Can I use your osCommerce templates with other types of eCommerce applications and vs.?
NO.
Each shopping cart application is different from another and templates can not be shared.
You need to select appropriate template for your ecommerce application. Please pay attention to product details page that provide all information what shopping cart and version this template is suitable for.
If particular template is not available for your application, you can request from us to create it. You can locate this information on a product details page for the template.

- What is the Graphics license?
AlgoZone offers eCommerce templates developed based on graphics design that comes from different designers that work for our company.
You are required to have a valid license to use template with graphics that you get. License is registered to your store domain/URL and grants the use of template/graphics under this domain. You can use template/graphics only on one site.
Graphics License is included in the price of the template.

- Can I use templates in more then one store/site?
NO. You are granted nonexclusive license to use graphics/template ONLY IN ONE site. You have to purchase the same template again if you need to use it in the different web store/site.
We track all the licenses assigned to domain names in our database and check them periodically.
If you are looking for exclusive license or exclusive resale license we offer that as well.

- Am I alowed to resell the template?
No. You are granted one license that is assigned to one domain. You can transfer this license to someone, and you need to notify us, so we update our records.

- Where can I find my osCommerce project version?
If order to determine your osCommerce application version/project you need to open file /includes/application_top.php for view and locate following line: define('PROJECT_VERSION' …
For instance, OsCommerce 2.2 ms2 will have:
define('PROJECT_VERSION', 'osCommerce 2.2-MS2');

- Will your CRE Loaded 6.4 standard templates run on CRE Loaded 6.4 PRO or B2B?
NO. CRE loaded application has different template system between 6.4 standard, PRO and B2B.
You need to select the appropriate template or contact our sales team for clarification.

- Can I install a CRE Loaded 6.4 or 6.3 template to a site running CRE Loaded 6.2 or vice-versa?
No. Templates designed for CRE Loaded 6.4 or 6.3 are not compatible with CRE Loaded 6.2. CRE Loaded has a different template structure on these systems . Please verify your CRE Loaded store version prior to purchasing a template.
It is mentioned by CRE loaded team that template system of 6.3.3 and 6.4 are the same, so these template will be compatible.

- What is template graphics customization and why I need it?
Here are some examples when you might need this service:
- You need to edit graphics and add your logo in the template you are purchasing.
- You need to get completely Unique Template design based on the template color and layout that you pick from our site.
- You like the template, but it does not reflect your business line and products, we can help.
What we will do:
We will replace images in the template of your choice with new images and graphics specific for you business line or your products. You can provide images for us to use or we can pick them for you. In addition, we will incorporate your current logo into the template, so it nicely blends into design. One of our designers will work with you to understand your requirements. This service is usually completed within 2-3 business days after purchase.

- Will your template work after I upgrade my shopping cart cart application to new version?
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that our templates will work in any version other than the one posted in product details page. Our QA team does extensive testing on given version of shopping cart application, and we can not commit for this template to work in prior or future versions of application.
This is simply, because we do not control shopping cart development team and we can not predict what they will do with the software in the future.
We follow coding standards of particular shopping cart application and comply with industry best practices for software development.
Once we know about new version of software we will asses the impact on the template side (so we can estimate the cost) and will start providing upgrades.
