- What is a Template?
A template is an upgrade of graphic design and layout for the shopping cart. These are pre-made web designs that provide a convenient starting point to change the look of your site. Templates include shopping cart template files, the Photoshop file used in the design and installation manuals. Templates are easy to install and customize to fit your business.
Templates do not modify the core shopping cart functionality. It will not modify the cart's products, settings, payment/shipping modules . Installing a template should only change the shopping cart's look and layout.
Templates do not run on their own. You need to have a running shopping cart prior to installing the template.

- Do you offer support for your templates?
We, at AlgoZone, stand behind the quality of the products and services that we offer. If you should ever need assistance with your order, we offer free support to resolve any problems related to the template. We also provide tips/suggestions on modifiying/customizing the templates on a limited basis.
Algozone support is recognized as one of the industries best, as seen in different support forums. We try our best to respond back to our customer within 24 hours of any request.
Free product support is valid for 30 days after purchase.
Please note that free support is only available to unmodified templates. Free support no longer applies when the template has already been customized by the customer.

- How do I get your template/store/component after purchase?
Once your order is approved, you will get email with the link to download the template. You can click on this download link or you can login to order history to track your order status and download the products there. We allow you to download the product(s) you purchased 3 times and is valid for 30 days. Please make sure that you download it within the 30 day period.

- How easy is it to install your osCommerce template?
Basically, if you have osCommerce 2.2ms2 you will need to copy files provided in the downloaded package into your store. No database needs to be changed and your products and other database information will not be affected. There are no changes required for the code. Once files are copied the template is ready to be used.
You can use FTP program to copy file to your server.

- What if I have contributions installed into my store. Will your template work?
Yes, it will. However, in order not to affect the installed contributions, you may have to make changes to your osCommerce files manually. If you have follow the step by step installation instructions that we give you, you will have the new template/store/component installed in no time.

- Can I modify graphics in your template?
You can certainly do that, but you have to know how to use graphical editor and preserve the size of the images.

- How do I put my logo in the template?
We provide Photoshop file with the logo image that we use for that template. You can edit this file or you can replace logo "gif" file with your own logo file.

- Do you provide Photoshop files with osCommerce templates?
Original Photoshop (PSD) files are provided with any osCommerce template or store we offer. You can use Photoshop source files to customize headers, place your logos or any other modification to the graphics.

- Does your osCommerce template support other than English language?
Yes
We understand the need of having multilingual templates.
For that reason new series of templates (model 0064 and higher) come with "Smart buttons" system that automatically works with any osCommerce language installed in your osCommerce. You do not have to create buttons at all, even if you have to add new button.
You can use these templates with any language osCommerce has to offer (any language pack). These templates automatically plug-in to language system of osCommerce. There is only one new language file menu.php provided with the template that you need to copy from English to any new language and translate 10 words.

- Can I use your osCommerce template with theStoreZone, CRE Loaded or OSC-MAX(BTS) types of osCommerce?
Yes. Most of the osCommerce templates that we develop available for different osCommerce types. All templates work with osCommerce 2.2ms2 and most templates available for theStoreZone, CRE Loaded and OSC-MAX(BTS). Please read description of the particular template for more information.

- What is the Graphics license?
AlgoZone offers osCommerce templates developed based on graphics design that comes from different sources. We develop our own graphics as well as offers graphics of other parties such as Templatemonster.com.
You are required to have a license to use template with graphics that you get. License is registered to your store domain/URL and grants the use of template/graphics under this domain. You can use template/graphics only on one site.
Graphics License is included in the price of the template.

- Can I use templates in more then one store/site?
NO. You are granted nonexclusive license to use graphics/template ONLY IN ONE site. You have to purchase the same template again if you need to use it in the different web store/site.
We track all the licenses assigned to domain names in our database and check them periodically.
If you are looking for exclusive license or exclusive resale license we offer that as well.

- Am I alowed to resell the template?
No. You are granted one license that is assigned to one domain. You can transfer this license to someone, and you need to notify us, so we update our records.

- Where can I find my osCommerce project version?
If order to determine your osCommerce application version/project you need to open file /includes/application_top.php for view and locate following line: define('PROJECT_VERSION' …
For instance, OsCommerce 2.2 ms2 will have:

Yes, our CRE Loaded templates are compatible with both the standard and pro version of CRE Loaded 6.2 .

- Can I install a CRE Loaded 6.15 template to a site running CRE Loaded 6.2 or vice-versa?
No. Templates designed for CRE Loaded 6.15 are not compatible with CRE Loaded 6.2. CRE Loaded 6.15 has a different template structure to that of CRE Loaded 6.2 . Please verify your CRE Loaded store version prior to purchasing a template.

- What is template graphics customization and why I need it?
Here are some examples when you might need this service:
- You need to edit graphics and add your logo in the template you are purchasing.
- You need to get completely Unique Template design based on the template color and layout that you pick from our site.
- You like the template, but it does not reflect your business line and products, we can help.
What we will do:
We will replace images in the template of your choice with new images and graphics specific for you business line or your products. You can provide images for us to use or we can pick them for you. In addition, we will incorporate your current logo into the template, so it nicely blends into design. One of our designers will work with you to understand your requirements. This service is usually completed within 2-3 business days after purchase.
Note: Graphics Customization does not include changing the main colors, layout and programming of the template. If you need to do those modifications please contact our sales department at sales@algozone.com for free quote.
